- What is the typical lead time, and can you rush a short run?
- A short run is 10–100 of the same part after you sign off the printed prototype. It is not in Instant quote. We confirm timing when we quote. Rush on Instant quote applies only to FDM prototype orders.
- What file types do you accept?
- Email the approved file and the quantity, or a quote ID, to quotes@xtrued.com. The prototype can be quoted from STL, OBJ, 3MF, or STEP.
- What finishing options do you offer?
- Parts ship as printed. We don't offer sanding, painting, or vapor smoothing.
- Can I pick up in Lehi or have it shipped?
- Pick up in Lehi or we'll ship. Typical shipping is 2–5 business days.
