- What is the typical lead time, and can you rush CAD?
- CAD is quoted after a short conversation. We confirm timing when we quote. A print of the finished model follows print lead times: FDM is typically 1–3 business days (up to 8 for large jobs), with rush on FDM-only orders. Resin, MJF, and metal are 2–3 weeks.
- What file types do you accept, and do I get the CAD?
- Start from a broken part, sketch, photo, or scan. You get the CAD files. Instant quote on a print file accepts STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP. Generate can make a starting STL for simple shapes.
- Does modeling include finishing?
- Parts ship as printed. We don't offer sanding, painting, or vapor smoothing.
- Can I drop off a sample in Lehi, or ship the print?
- Email a photo or sketch, or drop off a sample by appointment in Lehi. We send the address when we confirm your appointment. Pick up in Lehi or we'll ship.
