3D printing
Filament and resin — jigs, housings, and fine masters. Need a large part? Reach out. We print some of the largest parts in the valley.
3D scanning
$175/hr, one-hour minimum. Output STL, OBJ, PLY, or 3MF. Reverse-engineer, archive, or go straight from a scan to print.
CAD modeling
Bring a sketch, a photo, or a sample. We return a file you can print here, run in quantity, or take elsewhere.
Mid-volume runs
10–100 pcs after the prototype is tested. Print it. Prove it. Then we supply a short run of the same part.
High-volume runs
100+ pcs after sign-off. Hundreds of the same part once the printed prototype is approved. Volume is quoted by hand — not in the calculator.
3D scanning
From the scanner.
A worn original or a one-off with no drawing is enough. We scan it, then print from the mesh or build CAD from the data. The part in the viewer is an example scan, reduced for the web. Files are provided at full resolution.

This spur gear had no drawing. We scanned the worn original, rebuilt it as CAD, and checked the model against the mesh. Green sits on the scan. Warm colors sit proud of it; cool colors sit inside. Scale is ±0.5 mm.

Instant quotes are estimates. We confirm before production starts. Include the quote ID if you already ran one.
Is the online price the final bill?+
No — it is an estimate from the mesh, using the same rates we quote in the shop. We confirm before we start.
Which files quote instantly?+
STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP — one file or several, up to 40 MB each. Each part has its own material and settings. Within 325 × 320 × 325 mm for an instant price; we rotate or place on the diagonal if that uses the bed. Larger parts and SolidWorks: email for a custom quote.
Can I generate a file from a description?+
Yes. Generate builds a starting STL from text — brackets, spacers, washers, simple boxes. Download it or send it to Instant quote. Complex parts still go through CAD modeling.
Can I ask about materials or get a ballpark without a file?+
Yes. Ask explains materials, layer height, infill, and walls, and can estimate from a size using the same rates as Instant quote. A real STL is still the tighter number.
Do you print in more than one color?+
Yes. Multi-color FDM is available. Submit an email quote request — it is not priced in the instant calculator.
Pickup or shipping?+
Both. Pickup at the Lehi shop, or we will ship when the parts are ready.
Scan, CAD, or a volume order?+
Scanning is $175/hour with a 1-hour minimum. Files come back as STL, OBJ, PLY, 3MF. Modeling is quoted by hand. Print a prototype here, test it, then send the quantity you need.
